MVP development: your app in 10 business days

An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version of your app that real users can use and that shows whether your idea works. AppJoy builds MVPs for a fixed price from €12,000 and delivers them in 10 business days.

How it works

  • Free consultation: we talk through your idea and your users.
  • Scope and fixed price: we cut the scope down to what is needed to test your idea and agree the price before work starts.
  • Build: one person builds your MVP, and you can follow the current state of the app on the AppJoy Platform.
  • Delivery: you receive the MVP in 10 business days after scope and price are agreed.

Price

An AppJoy MVP starts at €12,000. What fits into that price depends on your idea, which is why scope and price are agreed together before work starts. Our cost guide explains what drives the price of an app in Austria.

Which technology

The tech stack is chosen for your product. For most MVPs we use Flutter, which reaches iOS and Android from one codebase, with a Go backend and PostgreSQL. If your product also needs a website that shares code with the app, we use React Native with Expo and Next.js. Fully native Swift and Kotlin apps are an option when platform features matter most.

After the MVP

Once the MVP is live, you keep working in the AppJoy Platform: you draft new versions, order new features and screens, and see each version move from draft through review and development to release.

How much does it cost to have an MVP developed?

An AppJoy MVP starts at €12,000. Scope and price are agreed together before work starts, so the price is fixed.

How long does MVP development take?

AppJoy delivers an MVP in 10 business days after scope and price are agreed.

Do I need a finished design or specification?

No. In the free consultation we define the scope together. In the AppJoy Platform you can structure screens, features and their relations visually in the Blueprint designer.

Can the MVP be extended later?

Yes. New features and screens are ordered as new versions in the AppJoy Platform, so the MVP can grow into the full product.
